Terms And Conditions Gabriele Gaul

Once you have booked, course fees are non refundable, whatever your reason for cancelling.

A booking is deemed as having happened when you book via credit card or via  PayPal. You have also booked when you complete your registration via phone or when you have paid by cheque.

You can move from one course to another, up to two weeks before the course date you have booked, without charge.

If you change the course date within two weeks of the booked course date, then we will charge you a transfer fee of £50  which will be taken from you over the phone, or via PayPal, credit card or cheque.

Any other arrangement has to be confirmed in writing by Gabriele Gaul or Shen Dao Coaching.
